Abstract

The study's main objective is to identify how the study process influences academic stress on high school learners. Furthermore, the study also aimed to determine the academic stress level of the learners in correlation to their study habits. The researcher used a descriptive-correlation method to interpret the respondents' profiles with regard to their study habits and academic stress. The null hypothesis at a 0.05 significance level was tested to distinguish the impact of study habits on the respondents' academic stress. The multiple regression analysis measured and indicated that there is no significant influence of the learners' study habits on their academic stress.
