The socio-demographic profile of respondents displayed diverse experiences and roles, ensuring a well-rounded perspective. The assessment of organizational culture through the Denison Model and Competing Values Framework revealed both strengths and areas for improvement, indicating a balanced focus on stability, collaboration, and innovation.
