El objetivo del artículo es proponer un procedimiento para evaluar integralmente el desempeño en la Escuela Superior de Cuadros del Estado y del Gobierno de Cuba, teniendo como base el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad según la ISO 9004:2018, el Sistema de Control Interno, las normativas de la Gestión de los Recursos Humanos, las Políticas y directivas del Ministerio de Educación Superior, así como las disposiciones y estrategias trazadas por la entidad. Se implementan diferentes métodos para evaluar el desempeño individual de los trabajadores y de la organización en las cuatro aristas establecidas según la técnica de los 3600 que permiten tomar decisiones correctivas y preventivas con una filosofía de mejora continua para la Universidad. Palabras clave: evaluación del desempeño, técnica 3600, gestión de recursos humanos, gestión de la calidad, innovación Abstract The objective of the article is to propose a procedure to comprehensively evaluate performance at the Higher School of Cadres of the State and Government of Cuba, based on compliance with the requirements established in the Quality Management System according to ISO 9004: 2018, the Internal Control System, the regulations of Human Resources Management, the Policies and directives of the Ministry of Higher Education, as well as the provisions and strategies outlined by the entity.
