John Rafael D. Risos (Ral), RPm, PMEC, CLSSBB, holds a Master of Arts in Psychology, major in Clinical Psychology, from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Graduate School, where he also earned his BS in Clinical Psychology, cum laude. A Registered Psychometrician and Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, he integrates psychological expertise with process improvement. He works as a Technology Analyst at Thrasio, Inc., part-time psychology lecturer at PUP–Biñan and Lyceum of Alabang, and independent psychometrician since 2018. His research focuses on mental health assessment, instructional design, and educational psychology, with his thesis on nurses in palliative care.
