Ken Drexel Q. Cadano

Ken Cadano is a Registered Psychometrician and educator with experience in psychology education, mental health support, student development, and corporate mental health programs. He earned his Master’s Degree with specialization in Clinical Psychology at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. He currently serves as the Program Chair of the Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Manuel L Quezon University, where he contributes to curriculum development, program enhancement, and academic initiatives that strengthen psychology education and holistic student formation. He also works as an Allied Mental Health Consultant, providing psychological assessments, interventions, and seminars for diverse populations. His professional experience includes facilitating mental health and wellness programs for corporate and workplace settings, focusing on stress management, emotional well-being, resilience, and work-life balance. His approach centers on promoting self-awareness, ethical growth, and practical coping strategies that support both personal and professional development. In addition, he is involved in research and academic collaborations related to mental health and behavioral sciences. His work integrates education, mental health advocacy, and professional development, helping individuals strengthen their capacity to adapt, perform, and thrive in academic, workplace, and high-demand environments.
