Bernardo A. Maroto Jr., RPm, MAPsy, CHRA, CSPE is an educator and mental health advocate currently serving as a Psychometrician at Haven for the Elderly - DSWD 4A and a Part-Time Instructor at the University of Rizal System (URS) - Tanay campus. He earned his Master’s degree in Psychology with a specialization in Clinical Psychology from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines and holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from URS. A Registered Psychometrician, Certified Human Resource Associate, and Civil Service Professional passer, he has established a robust clinical foundation through specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), and advanced psychological assessment. Beyond his clinical and academic roles, he is a prolific resource speaker, facilitating impactful sessions on resilience, self-worth, and mental wellness. His professional journey is rooted in a strong legacy of leadership, having served as the URS Student Regent and a Regional Director for the Philippine Federation of Universities and Colleges Student Leaders, Inc.—efforts that earned him the Leadership Excellence Award and CHED Plaque of Recognition.
