Dr. Saifullah Khan

I have done my Ph.D. in the Field of Pharmaceutical Sciences and have almost 24 years Teaching, Research, Academics and Administrative Experience with 30 impact factor Research Publications. I have been appointed as director QEC in 2019 and was given the additional charge of controller examination. During my tenure (almost 8 months) as Controller Examination, I have conducted 15 Annual exams. During pandemic of CoVID-19 incompliance to directives of HEC, as director QEC I have launched SAR, IPE/ MPhil & Ph.D. review activities and University performance report so that Abbottabad UST can submit annual performance report. Prior to this post I have worked as Registrar Abbottabad UST for almost 02 and Half years and being secretary of the different statutory bodies of Abbottabad UST, I have the honor to conduct the founding and number of the meetings of senate , syndicate, academic council ,affiliation committee, selection committee and first convocation of Abbottabad UST. I have the privilege to frame and approve statutes of Abbottabad UST. Earlier I have worked as Assistant professor in pharmacy department (20 years), and director ORIC/QEC. Before joining Abbottabad UST, I have also worked as deputy. Drugs controller and dy. Director General in ministry of Health.Pakistan Secretariat Islamabad. During the aforementioned period I have also remained member of the authorities of the universities as defined in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Universities ACT,2012 e.g., Senate, Syndicate, Academic Council, Selection Board, Selection and Promotion Committee, Board of Faculty, Board of Studies and GSC etc.
