Abstract
This phenomenological study examines the experiences of teachers at Falel Kesbung Integrated School in using digitized learning resources and how these shaped their content, pedagogical, and technological knowledge. Through thematic analysis, the research found that teachers grew professionally by staying current with educational trends and creating contextualized digital materials. Digitized resources improved efficiency, access to multimedia content, and interactive instruction while reducing preparation time. They also enhanced teachers’ ability to design innovative, engaging lessons, although connectivity and power issues sometimes disrupted teaching. Overall, digitization fostered professional growth and enriched teaching and learning despite technical constraints. Based on these findings, schools should improve digital infrastructure, provide continuous training, and ensure access to learning resources to support effective technology integration.
