What are professional competencies acquired and possessed by professional librarians, and to what extent have they acquired such competencies along the management areas of Information Resources, Information Services, Information Tools and Technologies, and Information Organizations? What is the level of job satisfaction of the librarians? Is there a significant relationship between personal and professional competencies and job satisfaction? Based on the findings, what training and development program can be proposed for personal enhancement and continuing professional development of the librarians?
