The purpose of this study was to determine changes in the learning process PJOK with the changing demands of the curriculum as teacher professionalism competency. This study uses a qualitative approach to the type of phenomenology to explore nature data of the subject teacher. Data collection is done by the researchers as a key instrument by interview, observation and document analysis to the subject PJOK teachers in elementary school core of Malang. The results showed that, PJOK’s teachers have met the standards teachers professional, PJOK’s teachers is understood the concept of curriculum change and PJOK concept, but the learning process of PJOK was not appropiate infull with the demands of the curriculum change as professional competency teachers. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perubahan proses pembelajaran PJOK yang dilakukan guru seiring dengan tuntutan perubahan kurikulum sebagai kompetensi keprofesionalan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologi untuk menggali data alamiah dari subjek guru PJOK. Pengumpulan data dilakukan oleh peneliti sebagai instrumen kunci dengan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan analisis dokumen kepada subjek guru PJOK di SD inti kota Malang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, guru PJOK telah memenuhi standar profesi guru, guru PJOK telah memahami konsep perubahan kurikulum dan konsep PJOK, namun proses pembelajaran PJOK tidak maksimal sesuai dengan tuntutan perubahan kurikulum sebagai kompetensi keprofesionalan guru.
