Abstract
Philosophy without doubt is an activity; but an intellectual activity that, although it can illuminate and even have an impact on other aspects of human life for its transformation, is only possible if there is a theory that boosts it and brings it to praxis. However philosophy is practical insofar as it is a make, rather than a fact, as well as pointed to the Greeks, we are not facing a knowledge effective and accomplished (sophía), but to a knowledge in permanent investigation and questioning (philo-sophía). In consequence the philosophy is not a system perfectly finished and closed on itself, but rather as a constant growing realization interrogative opening. What we propose in the Act of educating, is to promote the development of skills and qualities that are fruitful both for the educator, and the subject to whom we educate. These skills and qualities have an intrinsic value. Thus education is a process to perform in the educable subject freedom of the spirit, ability to think and love as a conscious being and master of him. From this angle, it will attempt to train professionals capable of transforming society from the role that has the authority to, i.e., trainer of thinking consciousness. This instance of thinking, his living being in the world and in their profession, has to try to generate an attitude of critical, creative and ethical. For this reason the exercise of thinking (philosophizing), will provide you tools to generate changes in the individual and collective.
