caring for the carers: worker health in a precariousness scene
Abstract
The conduct of health policy has caused many impacts on Worker Health in health units, affecting claims and conceptions of the field. While integrality bumps in insistent presence of a biomedical conception of health, concretized in management practices and user assistance, health worker faces within health units with a precariousness scene of working conditions and hence social reproduction of workers. In this sense, there is a significant frequency of demands put to the worker health’s teams that reflect not access these workers themselves of the assistance provided by SUS.
