cooperative values and workers' participation in the company
Abstract
The company must be participatory to be more social. Therefore employees participatory openness seems the most thorough way to democratize its structures, mimicking business values with those of the general social interests. Such participation of workers in companies takes place in its fullness within cooperatives.
