This work reports the first occurrence of Zaeucoila triangulifera Kieffer, 1907 (Hymenoptera: Figitidae: Eucoilinae) in Brazil. Weekly collections were carried out from February to October 2002 using 10 yellow buckets of 30cm in diameter and 8cm in height. Two liters of tap water, 2mL of detergent, and 2mL of formaldehyde were put into each bucket. Four specimens of Z. triangulifera were collected.
