Abstract
Veintisiete muestras de mieles fueron analizadas usando las técnicas convencionales. Se identificaron 24 tipos morfológicos. Las familias más representadas fueron: Fabaceae, Asteraceae, Myrtaceae y Brassicaceae. El 70 % de las muestras fueron monoflorales de Trifolium repens L., Eucalyptus sp. y una Brassicaceae; las restantes resultaron mixtas.
Twenty seven samples of honey were analyzed employing the conventional techniques. Twenty four morphological types were identified. The most representative families were Fabaceae, Asteraceae, Myrtaceae, and Brassicaceae. 70 % of the samples had a monofloral origin (from Trifolium repens L., Eucalyptus sp., and a Brassicaceae); the rest of them were mixed.
