The present article raises a reflection on the importance of the evolution of human rights and fundamental rights, stating how old are the prerogatives inherent to the human condition and rights of personality, presenting as well the principle of principles, the standard of standards, in other words, the dignity of the human person, and the possibility of coming out of retirement in order to provide for human beings a dignified life, an outplacement the labour market, an elevated self-esteem, a sense of usefulness, which strengthens the rights of personality and human person dignity, the concept and judgments about the institute.
