為了反映當下中國學術期刊評價的現狀，採用文獻調研法和比較研究方法，分別評述了管理部門、高等院校、研究院所、學術團體和期刊資料出版商評價期刊的概況，比較了各自的異同，分析了學術期刊評價的進展和存在的問題，提出了相應措施和今後發展走向。
In order to reflect the present of Chinese academic journal evaluation, using the methods of document review and comparative research, reviews the situation of management departments, universities, academic institutions, societies, database suppliers and periodicals publishers which are engaged in academic journal evaluation, compares respective similarities and differences, analyses the progress of academic journal evaluation and the existing problems, puts forward some corresponding measures and trends.
