The article considers “corporate conflict” and “conflict of interests” notions, economic and corporate and management interests of main participants of corporate relations. It underlines reasons of corporate conflicts at domestic enterprises. It analyses American and European practices of settlement of corporate conflicts and also main reasons of appearance and development of corporate conflicts at domestic enterprises. It improves methodical provision of assessment and identification of possibilities of appearance of a corporate conflict. On the basis of the conducted assessment it gives a number of proposals on minimisation of corporate conflicts.
В статье рассмотрены понятия «корпоративный конфликт» и «конфликт интересов», экономические и корпоративно-управленческие интересы основных участников корпоративных отношений. Выделены причины корпоративных конфликтов на отечественных предприятиях. Проанализированы американская и европейская практика урегулирования корпоративных конфликтов, а также основные причины возникновения и развития корпоративных конфликтов на отечественных предприятиях. Усовершенствовано методическое обеспечение оценки и определения возможности возникновения корпоративного конфликта. На основании проведенной оценки представлен ряд предложений по минимизации корпоративных конфликтов.
