This article analyzes the conflicts andtensions produced in the political arena duringthe last Argentine military dictatorship (1976 –1981).It focuses the relationship betweeneducation ministries and other governmentsectors as inherent to the configuration of thispolicy arena. Compare the ideological, politicaland educational positions present for the designof educational policies, mainly those associatedwith the university.
