Journal of Applied Research in Higher Education

(JARHE)

The International Consortia Journal of Applied Research and Creative Works in Higher Education (ICJARCW) is a peer-reviewed, open-access publication established as a shared platform for an international consortium of higher education institutions, research bodies, and creative arts networks. The journal serves as a bridge between empirical inquiry, juried creative practice, and institutional policy—fostering cross-border collaboration and interdisciplinary knowledge production. Designed to reflect the holistic nature of modern academic enterprise, ICJARCW publishes high-impact scholarship across four primary dimensions: Applied Research & Governance: Empirical studies, policy evaluations, and framework designs addressing university governance, quality assurance, fiscal sustainability, and strategic leadership. Creative Practice & Practice-Led Research: Juried creative outputs, visual and performing arts scholarship, literary works, media arts, and digital humanities that demonstrate rigorous creative inquiry and cultural resonance. Educational Innovation & Technology: Action research and instructional design studies focused on curriculum modernization, AI literacy, technology-enhanced learning environments, and workforce-aligned competency frameworks. Community Engagement & Regional Development: Case studies and outreach evaluations exploring university-community extension models, sustainable development initiatives, and alignment with national and global development agendas (including the UN SDGs). As a consortia-driven journal, ICJARCW emphasizes inter-institutional cooperation, offering partner universities and global contributors a double-blind, peer-reviewed avenue to disseminate works that drive academic excellence, cultural preservation, and institutional progress.
