The respondents' profiles showed that 40% were aged 51-55 and 56-60, 60% were female, and 40% had 21-25 years or 26 years and above of teaching experience. The most common current salary was Php 43,560 (22% of respondents), and Head Teachers constituted 22% of ranking positions.
