Guided by Life Course Theory, it examined their transition from school to adulthood through family-supported employment. Using a qualitative phenomenological design, data were collected through semi-structured interviews with purposively selected participants. Thematic analysis identified key patterns in transition, work experiences, family support, and the development of independence. Findings show that family-based work provides a meaningful pathway for participation, enabling individuals to build skills, confidence, and a sense of identity.
