The study identified respondent profiles by age, sex, grade level taught, educational attainment, and teaching position, and assessed learners' grades and teachers' practices in module preparation, distribution, and checking. Most teacher respondents were 40-49 years old, female, teaching Grade 1, held Bachelor's degrees, and were Teacher 1. Learners achieved a very satisfactory grade in Araling Panlipunan. Teachers' best practices included contextualizing DepEd modules and proper recording of learners.
