The study utilized a quasi-experimental pretest-posttest design and involved 30 college students. They were divided into two groups: the experimental group used graphic organizers via Facebook Messenger, while the control group received traditional instruction. The quantitative results showed a statistically significant improvement in the experimental group's posttest scores, indicating that the intervention was effective in improving writing structure, organization, and clarity.
