{"abstract":"This study explored the effectiveness of the Early Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (ELLN) program in predicting lifelong learning skills among key stage 1 learners in CALABARZON. Using a mixed-methods approach, data were collected from 186 teachers and 1,150 learners. The study examined the ELLN program's implementation across assessment and evaluation, curriculum and instruction, learning environment, parental and community involvement, professional development, and teaching strategies. Significant differences were found in program implementation based on school profiles and in lifelong learning skills competency among learners based on their profiles. The ELLN program significantly predicts the development of lifelong learning skills, with all assessed aspects positively contributing to cognitive growth. Learners demonstrated moderate competency levels. No significant differences in lifelong learning competencies were found across demographic groups, though female learners and those from middle-income families showed stronger engagement in literacy and numeracy activities.
