{"abstract":"This study described the school program implementation of Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (DRRM) and teachers’ capabilities among 129 elementary teachers in Don Carlos I District, Division of Bukidnon, for the school year 2024-2025. Random sampling was used to select teachers from various schools. The first instrument, on DRRM program implementation, was adapted from the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management (NDRRM) Plan and the Hyogo Framework of Action of Wanner (2021). The second instrument, on teachers’ capabilities, was adapted from Comighud, S. M. (2018). Descriptive analysis showed that the level of school program implementation of DRRM, across disaster prevention and mitigation, preparedness, disaster response, and recovery and rehabilitation, was to a great extent at the level of teachers' reactions. The level of teachers’ capabilities, encompassing human resources, material facilities, knowledge, innovation and education, policies, plans and procedures, and capacities and mechanisms, was in agreement, to a great extent, with the level of teachers' responses.
