The quantitative phase reveals that work-from-home employees exhibit high levels of self-efficacy, above-average levels of job satisfaction, and above-average mental health. There is a very low correlation between self-efficacy and mental health (r=.24), and the relationship is significant (p= .005) However, there is a very low correlation between self-efficacy and mental health (r=-.12), and the relationship is not significant (p= .164). In the qualitative phase, the lived experience of work-from-home employees is explored, highlighting the adaptability of their work environment, time efficiency, and the value of effective management.
