{"abstract":"This descriptive correlational study investigated the level of Self-Efficacy, Self-Management, and Performance of 160 randomly selected elementary teachers in the District of Maayon during the 2021-2022 school year, utilizing a researcher-modified survey questionnaire. The study aimed to determine the level of Self-Efficacy in terms of Home-Related Task and School-Related Task, Self-Management in terms of Priority Setting, Self-Care, and Role Clarity, and Performance across 5 Key Results Areas (KRA): Content Knowledge and Pedagogy; Learning Environment; Diversity of Learners, Curriculum and Planning & Assessment and Reporting; Community Linkages and Professional Engagement & Personal Growth and Professional Development; and Plus Factor. Statistical tools included frequency count, percentage mean, Standard Deviation, and Pearson r Correlation. Results indicated that the level of Self-Efficacy in both Home-Related and School-Related tasks was “High.” Similarly, the level of Self-Management in Priority Setting, Self-Care, and Role Clarity was rated as “High.” The overall performance of teachers across the 5 KRAs was also manifested as “High.” A significant relationship was found between the level of Self-Efficacy and the level of Self-Management of teachers. However, neither Self-Efficacy nor Self-Management was found to be significantly related to the level of performance of teachers in the new normal.","abstract_source":"gemini_shortened","authors":["Loni Daria"],"date":"2023-07-04","doi":"10.5281/zenodo.8114467","id":1575,"issue":4,"journal":{"issn":"2822-4353","name":"Psychology and Education: A Multidisciplinary Journal"},"pdf_sha256":"287c478b4523601318c56476e0593260b5ec56fce8d9014302c9d4901da593ad","schema":"scimatic-article/1","title":"Self-Efficacy, Self-Management and Performance of Teachers on the New Normal","volume":10}
