Abstract
This study aims to explore the life of working students at Rufina P. Trinidad Memorial National High School (RPTM NHS) and identify the key challenges they face in balancing their academic responsibilities with their work obligations. The research seeks to gain insight into how employment affects their academic performance, emotional well-being, and overall quality of life. By understanding the factors that contribute to their experiences, the study intends to propose strategies that can better support these students in achieving academic success while fulfilling their work commitments. The distribution of working students by age illustrates the widespread phenomenon of employment among students, reflecting both economic necessity and the evolving landscape of education and labor. The results emphasize the importance of institutional and societal support for working students, ensuring that they are not forced to compromise their academic success due to financial burdens.
