Abstract
The study determined the work-life balance, work engagement and personal resources of teachers in relation to performance in the Division of Bago City for S.Y. 2023-2024. Two hundred twenty junior high school teachers were the subject and respondents of the study. Their teaching performance was taken from their IPCRF. A standardized questionnaire on the work-life balance, work engagement and a modified questionnaire to measure the personal resources of teachers were used in this study. The results of the study were as follows: high school teachers exhibit a good level of work-life balance of teachers when taken as a whole and in terms of its five components namely: effectiveness and efficiency at work/home, workloads, personal and self-care being, family relationship and support, and health and wellness initiatives. The level of work engagement of teachers when taken as a whole and when grouped according to its five components was very high. The level of personal resources of teachers when taken as a whole was high, in terms of financial aspect, knowledge, skills, social well-being, physical well-being, and emotional well-being, the level was very high while in terms of financial aspect and physical well-being, the level was high. The high school teacher displayed a very satisfactory level of performance. There was no significant correlation between the level of work-life balance of teachers and their performance, and between the level of work engagement of teachers and their performance, between the level of personal resources of teachers and their performance.
