{"abstract":"This study examined the relationship between corporate culture and organizational effectiveness among private higher education institutions in Midsayap, Cotabato, Philippines. Although corporate culture has been widely recognized as a key determinant of institutional performance, empirical evidence examining how specific cultural dimensions relate to organizational effectiveness among private higher education institutions in local Philippine settings remains limited. Using a quantitative, descriptive-correlational research design, data were collected from 100 teaching and non-teaching employees at selected private higher education institutions using an adapted survey questionnaire. Descriptive statistics, Spearman's rank-order correlation, and simple linear regression were employed to analyze the data. The findings revealed that corporate culture was highly manifested across the dimensions of clan, adhocracy, market, and hierarchy, while organizational effectiveness was likewise rated high across the goal approach, resource control approach, and multiple constituency approach. Furthermore, the results indicated a statistically significant moderate positive relationship between corporate culture and organizational effectiveness (ρ = 0.494, p < .001). Regression analysis further revealed that corporate culture significantly predicted organizational effectiveness (β = 0.522, p < .001), explaining 27.2% of the variance in organizational effectiveness. The findings provide empirical support for the association between corporate culture and organizational effectiveness and underscore the importance of fostering collaborative organizational practices, supportive leadership, innovation, and effective workplace environments in enhancing institutional effectiveness.
