{"abstract":"Strategic management plays a critical role in ensuring the long-term sustainability of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This study examined how strategic management influences sustainability in SMEs by exploring their levels of strategic management and sustainability and the relationship between the two. Using a descriptive-correlational design, data were collected from 50 CEOs, managers, and department heads through purposive sampling. Findings revealed that both strategic management and sustainability were rated very high, with strategic management exerting a significant and strong influence on sustainability.
