{"abstract":"This quantitative descriptive-correlational study investigated the knowledge, skills, and attitude of 43 in-service Junior High School teachers at Lemery National High School (LNHS) regarding flexible teaching and learning implementation. The study used a researcher-made questionnaire to assess teachers’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes, and examined their relationship with personal factors such as age, civil status, years in the teaching profession, and educational attainment. Findings revealed that the overall level of teachers’ knowledge was “Above Average” (M=4.18). Teachers aged 40 and above (M=4.22), male respondents (M=4.22), and Master Teachers (M=4.50) showed “High” knowledge levels. Teachers with below 10 years and above 10 years in the profession both had “Above Average” knowledge (M=4.20 and M=4.15, respectively). The overall level of teachers’ skills was “Very Good” (M=3.90), and their attitude was “Positive” across all groupings. No significant difference was found in the levels of teachers’ knowledge, skills, and attitudes when classified by age, sex, years in teaching, or position/rank.
