{"abstract":"This study assessed the impact of ethical leadership on strategic planning skills among educational leaders in select Caloocan schools, aiming to inform framework development. Using a descriptive correlational design, the study investigated the relationship between ethical leadership and strategic planning skills. One hundred fifty teacher respondents and fifty school leader respondents, totaling 200, were selected using purposive sampling. Findings indicated that educational leaders demonstrated high ethical standards in strategic planning skills, including accountability, commitment to fairness, integrity, adherence to policies, and transparency. Educational leaders also excelled in strategic planning skills such as visioning, strategic formulation, resource mobilization, implementation, and evaluation. Significant differences were observed in the perspectives of school heads and teachers regarding the evaluation of ethical leadership and strategic planning skills. A notable correlation was found between ethical leadership and strategic planning skills, with ethical leadership greatly impacting visioning and goal setting.
