{"abstract":"This study investigated the relationships among School Administrators’ supervision, teachers’ competence, and students’ performance in the first Congressional district in Bohol during 2019-2020. Employing a quantitative correlational and inferential research method design, 670 school heads, teachers, and students were selected using purposive sampling. Questionnaires adapted from different researchers were pilot tested for reliability, with data analyzed using multiple regression analysis and Spearman rank. Results showed twenty-two different professions, with BS Psychology having the greatest number. Majority were Teacher II in position, half were in service for 2-3 years, and 88.37% were LET passers with a teaching certificate. Most school administrators had served 5 years or more, with 48.15% undergoing 6-10 trainings, whereas most teachers had undergone less than two trainings relative to subjects handled. The study concluded that teachers' highest educational attainment and number of trainings attended relative to subjects handled were related to teachers’ competence. Teachers’ highest educational attainment was related to students’ performance, while first profession, position, years in service, and being a LET passer with a teaching certificate were not. There was no significant relationship between School Administrators’ supervision and teachers’ competence, but a significant relationship existed between teachers’ competence and students’ performance.
