The researcher selected the CARES beneficiaries as the subject-respondents of the study. The researcher employed a qualitative research design. The data were gathered through an in-depth interview with the CARES scholars. The data gathering instrument used in the study is a self-made survey questionnaire that underwent face and content validation with the experts in the field.
