However, teachers and students held drastically different perspectives on PBL's improvement of technical vocational education for quality learning. PBL significantly improves workforce readiness by aligning learning with industry needs, facilitating real-world knowledge application, developing soft skills, and increasing post-program employment. A significant discrepancy was found in teacher and student evaluations of PBL's efficacy for workforce readiness. Furthermore, PBL shows a substantial association between learning quality and workforce preparedness.
