{"abstract":"This descriptive correlational study assessed the resource management strategies and technological competencies of 30 college administrators and 200 instructor respondents in Rizal Province, totaling 230 participants, using purposive sampling. The study aimed to provide a basis for framework development. Findings indicated that college administrators are highly visible in resource management strategies, including financial resource optimization, diversity and sustainability of funding sources, technology use, physical and material resource utilization, stakeholder engagement, and resource partnerships. However, instructors and administrators held divergent perspectives on the evaluation of these strategies. Administrators also demonstrated high competence in using administrative software and digital tools, leveraging technology for decision-making, understanding cybersecurity and data privacy protocols, supporting digital transformation initiatives, and training faculty in technology. Similar to resource management, administrators rated their technological competencies differently than instructors across several areas. A significant correlation was found between college administrators' resource management strategies and their technological competencies. The study recommends organizing workshops on resource management and digital tools, encouraging data analytics for resource allocation, and promoting instructor engagement with administrators and professional development to enhance digital competencies.","abstract_source":"gemini_shortened","authors":["Rommel Dasalla","Jay Baylon"],"date":"2025-08-26","doi":"10.70838/pemj.450902","id":6255,"issue":9,"journal":{"issn":"2822-4353","name":"Psychology and Education: A Multidisciplinary Journal"},"pdf_sha256":"41fbaa650939c7aeafa7fd9186b29f2db71ca053b528d81c8535138b825681e1","schema":"scimatic-article/1","title":"Resource Management Strategies and Technological Competencies of College Administrators in Rizal Province: Basis for Framework Development","volume":45}
