{"abstract":"Creating tailored supplementary guidelines between school leaders and stakeholders is crucial for fostering an environment conducive to learning and boosting performance metrics. However, the intricacies of these guidelines and their influence on the educational framework are not fully understood, particularly in public primary education in the Philippines. This study addressed this research challenge using a quantitative methodology with descriptive-survey, descriptive-evaluative, descriptive-comparative, and descriptive-correlational designs in a district of Quezon Province. Data was collected from 30 school administrators and 50 stakeholders via questionnaires. Demographic analysis showed most school heads were middle-aged females with extensive service and high academic qualifications, while stakeholders were predominantly young, with balanced internal and external representation. School heads demonstrated a high level of engagement in collaboration, performance, and governance, contributing significantly to a positive educational environment. Statistical analyses confirmed the consistency of partnership practices among school heads and stakeholders across various demographic factors, indicating that personal attributes do not influence partnership effectiveness. The study emphasizes the importance of clearly defined roles, effective communication, and continuous improvement for accountability and trust. The findings suggest that prioritizing collaboration, performance enhancement, and governance can lead to a harmonious and productive educational ecosystem, offering a blueprint for fostering educational excellence and community engagement.","abstract_source":"gemini_shortened","authors":["Camille Rosales","Lloyd Alzola"],"date":"2025-08-06","doi":"10.70838/pemj.440304","id":6028,"issue":3,"journal":{"issn":"2822-4353","name":"Psychology and Education: A Multidisciplinary Journal"},"pdf_sha256":"35af9b1a236a5dd0012f297cbe13cb13b9cbf9a563a2e99c764da61edc0dd519","schema":"scimatic-article/1","title":"Practices on Establishing Partnership Between School Heads and Stakeholders","volume":44}
