Data were collected using a structured survey questionnaire covering respondent profiles, digital platform utilization, issues, and benefits. The majority of respondents were female staff nurses aged 20-29, assigned to the medical ward for 1-5 years, and trained in basic life support. Thirty-five (42.7%) respondents utilized digital platforms for inter-hospital referrals, with processing times ranging from 31 to 59 minutes and a frequency of once a week. Facebook or Messenger was used by 46 (56.1%) respondents for referrals. Technical and user-related challenges were perceived to primarily affect digital platform utilization. The perceived benefits of using digital platforms in the inter-hospital referral system were moderate.
