Using descriptive survey and comparative designs, a questionnaire was administered to 115 teachers in the Second Congressional District of Quezon Province. Most respondents were 23-32 years old, taught grade 3, had 1-3 relevant training sessions, no ICT coordinatorship, and 6-10 years of teaching experience. Teachers exhibited a high level of motivation across performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions. A statistically significant difference in motivation was found based on grades handled and relevant training received. However, no significant difference was observed concerning age, ICT coordinatorship, or years of teaching. The study's output is a motivational program designed to address teachers' concerns regarding technology integration.
