The findings indicate that teachers consistently utilize instructional management strategies across lesson planning, classroom administration, instructional methodologies, assessment, and professional development. A significant disparity in instructional management strategies was observed based on teachers' age for lesson planning, instructional methodologies, and professional development, and based on sex for professional development. Learners demonstrated significant engagement, including active involvement, attentiveness, responsiveness, cooperation, interaction, and resource utilization. A strong association was found between instructional management practices and learner engagement.
