{"abstract":"This study investigated the relationship between teacher efficacy in delivering new normal education and learner academic achievement in Araling Panlipunan in Quezon II District, using an adopted instrument from Lapada, Robledo, Miguel, & Alam (2020). Respondents were teachers from Salawagan CES, Dilapa IS, Sta. Cruz IS, Mibantang ES, and Pag-asa ES in Quezon II District, Division of Bukidnon. Data were analyzed using frequency count, percentage, mean, standard deviation, and Pearson r Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. Findings showed that most respondents were 31–40 years old, female, had 11–15 years of service, attended 5–6 trainings on new normal teaching, and held a Baccalaureate Degree + MA Units. Teachers demonstrated a very high level of efficacy in delivering new normal education across personal values, self-transcendence, self-enhancement values, openness to change, conservation, and motivations for teaching. The majority of learners achieved Very Satisfactory academic achievements (grades 85–89) in Araling Panlipunan, closely followed by those with Outstanding achievements (grades 90–100). However, no significant relationship was found between teacher efficacy in these areas and learners’ academic achievement in Araling Panlipunan.
