Utilizing a quasi-experimental, descriptive quantitative method with comparative and correlational approaches, the research involved 15 teacher-participants selected via purposive and convenience sampling. Comparative analysis determined performance differences before and after Project HIRAYA, while correlational analysis assessed if action research predicted performance. Findings showed an increase from 3 action researches in S.Y. 2020-2021 to 15 in S.Y. 2021-2022. Teacher performance improved from a \"Very Satisfactory\" mean of 4.42 before the project to an \"Outstanding\" mean of 4.65 after. A significant difference in performance was observed, with a t-value of 8.72 (t-critical 2.145) and a p-value of 4.974e-7 ( 0.05).
