Using complete enumeration, all teachers were surveyed with an adapted instrument. Most respondents were female, aged 31-40, Teacher 1, with 5-6 teaching loads and Php 11,000.00 – 15,000.00 net take-home pay. Teachers were found to be Very Highly Overloaded in classroom instruction, ancillary services, urgent reports, overwork, and people's attitudes. However, they demonstrated a Very Highly in Control level of effectiveness in coping mechanisms, including positive self-care rituals, mindfulness, time management, stress-reducing activities, and emotional boosters.
