{"abstract":"A Quality Management System is a structured framework that organizations implement to ensure their products and services consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements. This study aimed to examine the influence of organizational culture and organizational commitment to quality management system understanding of the faculty and staff of private school organizations. Likewise, employing the explanatory sequential mixed methods design specifically, descriptive correlation design and descriptive qualitative research were utilized to reveal intricate understanding of the relationship and experiences of the faculty and staff of private school organizations in Region XI. A validated and reliability tested adapted survey questionnaires were used during the data gathering. More so, a validated guide questions based on the result of the quantitative strand was used in the IDI and FGD. Results were analyzed using descriptive statistics and multiple regression in the quantitative strand; thematic analysis in the qualitative strand. Findings of the study revealed that organizational culture was high, organizational commitment high, and understanding quality management system was high. In addition, the organizational commitment significantly influenced understanding on quality management system. Further, disconfirmed low rating, confirmed low rating, confirmed high rating, confirmed the influence of organizational commitment to QMS understanding were the common essential themes.
