{"abstract":"This study investigated the emotional intelligence, attitude towards learning, and moral values awareness of ADAS employees in Valencia City III District during the 2022-2023 school year. The emotional intelligence of ADAS employees was found to be very high, indicating strong agreement with statements related to emotional intelligence in various situations. A statistically significant association was found between emotional intelligence and attitude towards learning, leading to the rejection of the null hypothesis. The study also revealed a statistically significant relationship between ADAS moral values awareness and emotional intelligence and attitude towards learning. ADAS officers demonstrated a strong ability to seek positivity in challenging situations, prioritize their work, embrace new ideas, and express themselves openly. They exhibited a positive attitude towards learning and academic integrity. However, no significant relationship was found between APAS, emotional intelligence, attitude towards learning, and moral values awareness. The findings suggest that emotional intelligence, including the ability to regulate feelings, problem-solving, and intrapersonal and interpersonal skills, is highly significant for academic success.
