{"abstract":"This descriptive-correlational study assessed the effectiveness of classroom management leadership style and teacher performance among 100 teachers in Malaybalay City Division, District IV and V, during 2022-2023. The study aimed to determine the perceived effectiveness of classroom management leadership style in terms of class strategies, class activities, and STAR classroom. Key findings for classroom management leadership style effectiveness included praising students, maintaining a positive and safe learning environment, verbally acknowledging positive behaviors, making rules agreed upon by learners, and arranging seating. For classroom activities, encouraging participation in group activities, timely submission of performance tasks, and class discussions had the highest mean values. In terms of STAR classroom, the availability of learning resources (curriculum guides, teacher's guides, MELC, DLPs, learner materials), cleanliness, orderliness, neatness, color harmony, and the presence of framed, updated, and accessible teacher's programs, class programs, grade level, and section information were top factors. Most teachers exhibited outstanding work performance, with a few having very satisfactory performance. The study revealed a significant relationship between the effectiveness of classroom management leadership style and teachers’ performance.
