{"abstract":"This mixed-method study explored the lived experiences of 33 teachers in Malabuyoc District, Cebu, during the School Year 2023-2024, regarding school administrators’ instructional support, as a basis for a proposed management plan. Anchored on Vygotsky's Scaffolding and Zone of Proximal Development Theory and Kolb’s Experiential Learning Theory, the study used descriptive statistics (mean and standard deviation) for quantitative data on Collegiality, Classroom Management, and Professional Development. Qualitative data were analyzed using Braun and Clarke’s thematic analysis, revealing 7 core themes: coping with intrinsic negativities, overcoming obstacles, mentoring the mentors, reaching the goals, achieving a conducive learning environment, deciding the appropriate strategies and methods, and exemplifying the right attitude, summarized as COMRADE. Teachers reported receiving various support, including quality feedback and constructive comments during classroom discussions, which advanced their pedagogy and created conducive learning environments. This scaffolding of skills and teaching competence positively impacted learners' academic performance.
