{"abstract":"This descriptive-correlational study investigated the relationship between teacher’s classroom management practices and learners’ academic achievement in Araling Panlipunan in San Fernando 1 District, Division of Bukidnon, for the school-year 2022-2023. Conducted in public elementary schools, the study involved all intermediate grade level teachers as subject-respondents. Data were collected using a researcher-made questionnaire and analyzed using frequency count, percentage, weighted mean, standard deviation, and Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient. Findings revealed that most respondents were young, new in service, and without Master’s degrees, impacting promotion. Teachers’ classroom management practices were implemented to a Very High Extent, contributing to learners’ very satisfactory academic achievement. A significant relationship was found between teacher’s classroom management practices and learners’ academic achievement in Araling Panlipunan. The study recommends teachers pursue Master’s degrees for promotion, sustain and strengthen current classroom management practices, and encourages continued parental support.
